Coreffect Health™ is an Australian-owned health and wellness company with a focus on nutraceuticals.
Our StoryWe deliver within Australia, including to street addresses, PO Boxes and registered Australia Post Parcel Lockers. For a Parcel Locker, enter the personalised address shown in your MyPost account at checkout. Available services depend on the address entered. We do not offer international delivery.
Choose from the delivery services available for your address at checkout. The final shipping charge is shown before you pay.
| Service | When it applies | Charge |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Merchandise total of A$90 or less after discounts | Calculated at checkout |
| Standard | Merchandise total over A$90 after discounts | Free |
| Express | When available for your address | Shown at checkout |
We dispatch paid orders within one business day of payment confirmation. Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian national and Victorian public holidays. Orders confirmed on weekends or those public holidays are processed from the next business day.
Australia Post’s indicative delivery times for parcels, counted from the business day after posting, are:
| Service | Within the same state | Interstate |
|---|---|---|
| Parcel Post (Standard) | 2–4 business days | 3–6 business days |
| Express Post | 1–2+ business days | 1–3+ business days |
These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. The route, regional or remote address, public holidays and network conditions can affect timing. Express does not mean next-business-day delivery to every postcode. See Australia Post’s current delivery guidance for route information.
Tracking is available through your order-status link once the parcel is on its way. Carrier scans may take a little time to appear.
Need to cancel an order or change its delivery address? Email support@coreffecthealth.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can make these changes if your request reaches us before dispatch. Once the parcel has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
If tracking stalls, a parcel appears missing, or your order arrives damaged, email support@coreffecthealth.com with your order number and a short description. For damage, include photos if available and keep the items and packaging while we review the issue. We’ll investigate and arrange the appropriate next step.
For an incorrect or incomplete order, see the returns guidance in our Help Centre.

This website is operated by Coreffect Health Pty Ltd (ABN 65 630 776 671). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. These terms apply when you browse our website or place an order with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information about visits and purchases to provide its services, including features that use information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Information submitted through the store is shared with Shopify and other service providers, which may operate outside Australia, to provide these services. Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy for details of Shopify’s data practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages give the operational details for those topics. If there is an inconsistency, your rights under applicable law take priority.
Product details, pack options, availability and the price payable are displayed in the store and confirmed at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars. Any applicable delivery charge and discount are shown before you submit an order. Please check the items, quantity and delivery details before paying.
We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. An order is received after payment is confirmed, and we send an order confirmation to the email address provided. If we cannot fulfil an order, including because an item is unavailable, we will contact you and arrange a refund of the affected payment to the original payment method. We will address pricing or listing errors fairly and in accordance with Australian law; please contact us if something looks incorrect.
Discounts and promotions apply according to the conditions displayed with the offer and at checkout. We do not retrospectively apply a discount to a completed order unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
We currently accept orders for delivery within Australia only. We dispatch paid orders within one business day of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding Australian national and Victorian public holidays. Dispatch is when the parcel leaves us; carrier delivery times are separate and can vary by destination. The current delivery methods, charges, thresholds and further details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
If you need to cancel an order or correct its delivery address, email support@coreffecthealth.com as soon as possible. We can make a change or cancel and refund to the original payment method before dispatch. Once the parcel has been dispatched, the request will be handled under our Returns & Refunds page and your statutory rights.
We do not offer returns for a change of mind. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us with your order number and the details so we can help. Our Returns & Refunds page explains the process and available remedies.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms or our other policies limits or removes those rights. Where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, the remedy depends on the nature of the problem and may include a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
We work to present product descriptions, ingredients, directions and images accurately. Packaging and presentation can change, so always read the label on the product you receive, including ingredients, allergens, directions and warnings, before use. Images on screens may show colour differently from the physical product.
Information on this website is general product and wellness information. It is not individual medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, seek professional advice before use. Read our Health Information Disclaimer for further context. We do not promise a particular health outcome from using a product.
You may browse and use this website for lawful personal shopping and information. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
The text, photographs, designs, graphics and other content on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view them for personal use, but may not reproduce or commercially use them without the rights holder's permission. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; their content and practices are controlled by their operators.
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the website. We take reasonable care with information and site operation, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free of error. This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our operations or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication to future use and orders; the terms applicable to an order already placed are not changed retrospectively without your agreement or a legal basis. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in this clause prevents you from using rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
