PHGG and resistant dextrin make up most of the fibre blend, with smaller amounts of gum acacia and chicory-root inulin.

PHGG — partially hydrolysed guar gum
A soluble fibre made from guar gum, processed to reduce its thickening effect. We chose it as the main fibre ingredient for its low viscosity and neutral flavour.
Resistant dextrin
A soluble fibre that makes up the other major part of the blend. We included it alongside PHGG to contribute fibre and help give the prepared drink body.
Gum acacia
Also called acacia fibre, this soluble fibre comes from acacia gum and contributes another plant-derived fibre source to the formula.
Inulin from chicory root
A soluble fibre from chicory root. We use a small amount, keeping the main share of the blend with PHGG, resistant dextrin and acacia.
Bacillus coagulans
A live bacterial culture that forms the probiotic component of NuSync+. Its amount is shown in CFU, separately from the grams of dietary fibre.
Ingredient weights and dietary fibre content are different measurements. The four fibre ingredients total 8.2 g and provide 8 g of dietary fibre per sachet. CFU means colony-forming units, the measure used for the probiotic count.
What guided the fibre blend?
We considered the fibre contribution, flavour and texture together. The finished sachet provides 8 g of dietary fibre in a 10 g flavoured drink mix.

A citrus flavour that makes your daily fibre drink enjoyable. NuSync+ combines natural Yuzu Lemon flavour with a touch of sweetness, in a drink mix made to be prepared with cold water.
What provides the sweetness?
NuSync+ is sweetened with steviol glycosides. Citric acid and malic acid contribute to its citrus taste, and beta-carotene provides colour. The full ingredient list is available below.

One sachet. Cold water. Ready for your routine.
Add water. Pour 410 mL cold water into a glass or bottle.
Mix your sachet. Add one 10 g sachet and shake or stir until fully mixed. Allow around 2–3 minutes for the powder to dissolve, stirring or shaking again if needed.
Enjoy freshly prepared. Consume immediately after preparation.

Is NuSync+ a fibre supplement or a probiotic drink?
Both. It is a fibre supplement in drink form, with Bacillus coagulans probiotics included in the same sachet.
Is fibre the same as probiotics?
No. Fibre is a food component that your body does not fully digest; it contributes to your dietary fibre intake. Probiotics are live microorganisms. NuSync+ contains both, with fibre measured in grams and its live culture measured in CFU, or colony-forming units.
Does NuSync+ contain psyllium husk?
No. Its fibre ingredients are PHGG, resistant dextrin, gum acacia and inulin from chicory root. The full ingredient list is shown in Product details.
Why does a 10 g sachet provide 8 g of fibre?
The sachet weight includes the complete drink mix, including flavour, food acids, sweetener and the probiotic component. Dietary fibre is a separate nutritional measurement. Each full sachet provides 8 g of dietary fibre.
How long does NuSync+ take to mix?
Allow around 2–3 minutes when mixing one sachet with 410 mL cold water. Shake or stir until fully mixed, then consume immediately after preparation.
Can I prepare it in hot water, juice or food?
